The Columbus Parks Foundation was created from a simple belief: parks matter.

From quiet walking trails and neighborhood playgrounds to community events and natural spaces, parks help shape the quality of life in Columbus for generations to come.

As our community continues to grow, so does the need to preserve, enhance, and invest in these spaces. The Columbus Parks Foundation was established to support the long-term future of our parks through community partnerships, fundraising, education, volunteerism, and sustainable improvement projects.

We are a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Columbus park system and creating opportunities that may not otherwise be possible through traditional funding alone. Our mission is rooted in stewardship, collaboration, and community pride.
